 As a wholesale distributor, we offer delivery service to your store whether you are around the corner or miles away.  We service areas as far as Grand Rapids, Port Huron, Flint and even the Cleveland and Toledo areas in Ohio twice a week.  Our local deliveries can be made up to multiple times a day if needed. 

We also work in conjunction with a floral delivery service to provide an even wider range of territory for all florists.  We make sure that our delivery personnel are trained in the care and handling of the flowers so you can be assured that when your flowers arrive they have been cared for properly.

Import Connection is a full service floral wholesaler based out of Royal Oak, Michigan.  From our modest beginnings in 1986 working out of a basement with a staff of four, we have grown into a 30,000 square foot building with a staff of almost thirty.  We were also able to open a satellite location in Cleveland, Ohio in 1995 where we deliver to twice a week.   Our growth is a direct result of our number one priority - Customer Service. 

It is this principle that has led us to become one of the largest floral wholesalers in Southeast Michigan. 

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to import flowers directly from the source to ensure freshness and quality at a fair price. 

We also make every effort to provide consistency with the product.  One way this is accomplished is through the great business relationships we have established with the growers we buy from.  We are able to offer the convenience of having a local wholesaler with quality products you can trust.       

We offer a wide variety of fresh cut flowers and foliage from all over the world:  Northern and Southern California, Ecuador, Columbia, Costa Rica, the Netherlands, Canada, Thailand, Florida, New Zealand and of course our very own local Michigan growers in the summer season.  We receive new product almost daily to ensure freshness and variety for your day to day needs.   

With advanced notice, our buyer can determine the availability and price on any flower variety.  For this reason, many florists turn to us when an unusual flower is needed.   

We offer weekly pre-book box-lots on South American, California and Canadian product as well as monthly price sheets on potted plants.  This is ideal for anyone needing quantity on any specific product for everyday needs or party work. We have 4,500 sq ft of cooler space that is temperature controlled for all varieties of flowers from the exotic to the basic for fill-ins and all of your last minute needs.
